Here at Holloway, we have tried to make the use of our website as easy as possible. We offer so much that it’s not uncommon for visitors of the website to miss a few key components. Although clicking around may be the best method to learn what our site can do for you, I’ve highlighted some of our customer focused areas you may know about, but hopefully you will discover something new.
Sizing & Fit Guide: One of the newer website additions, our sizing and fit guide allows you to help determine what size and fit works best. Also, we have added fit descriptions to every active item as an additional guide. Look for “Classic, Semi-fitted or Fitted” in the product description to help you further.
Search: Our Search button in the top right hand corner is one of my favorite tools. Type in the item name or item number and avoid having to hunt for what you are looking for. Looking for all things “Pink”? Type in the color in the search, view all pink items, then narrow your hunt down with the filter criteria on the left.
Live Chat: Our customer care reps are available for Live Chat Monday – Friday 8a – 7p EST to help with any questions you may have. By clicking the link at the top of the website, you are able to quickly connect with someone to assist you.
Account Info: When you log in the first thing you are greeted with is a quick access tab with your current promotions, previous orders and saved flyers. We wanted to make these immediately accessible for efficiency.
Product Videos: To help you further understand the features of our product to help you sell it, we’ve provided you with product videos. They are an in-depth look at some of our products and fabrics that we offer.
